PayPal - 2% withdrawal + "spread" of conversion ~6 rubles = ~10% = ~5% one way
for example by converting WebMoney exchanger I always get more than the official rate, for example 2 weeks ago I got +4% to the rate (on average +2%)
If you do not need a conversion, you can use PayPal (2%), but I do not need ePayments (0%).
