I know what it's like to maintain a website. Who cares what the amount was. I funded only for the maintenance of the site, purely symbolically, because the idea seemed to me interesting. And, of course, to promote myself.

And mind you: there was a discussion to give each participant an *entry ticket*, that would have been more interesting.

Of course it's unpleasant: participated, won, didn't get it.


The author of the contest wanted to develop the theme of the championship by months. The idea is interesting. There are only a few sponsors. The idea *did not go*, the project stalled.

Perhaps there really are some serious problems with citizenship.

I can't suggest a way out of this. We all only know each other by our nickname. *There's no such thing as a friendship.

Any penny warms the soul these days.

It's a shame the idea fell through.

No access to accounts? Webmoney or whatever payment system the server used to collect the prize does not check if the user's citizenship has changed since registration.

And again - for some reason, the lack of access to accounts does not prevent Server from depositing funds to his CA account.

Looked at one of his signals: deposit on 25.01.2018 - 50000RUR, 1.03.2018 - 45000RUR.

I used to take part in the competitions myself. I don't have enough time to keep track of everything.
What I've heard is what I'm saying. And with webmoney, it really can take a year to sort out. I remember I was robbed of 700 quid a long time ago. It took me three months to prove my identity to a notary to get my control back. Not to mention the money, they said it was impossible to get it back.
Of course it's a shame about the contest. The idea was big and interesting.....

I will talk to Russian forex brokers about sponsorship. The conditions for sponsors are standard - compensation for work of technical monitoring site of the contestants ($100), costs for purchase and drawing of Cups for 2 winners $200 and prize for 2 winners 100x2 = $200, or opening of a real trading account with minimum deposit according to conditions of forex dealer/foreign broker with sponsor.

A separate line item to fulfil the obligations of awarding and payment of prizes to the champions of previous seasons was also made available to potential sponsors. This is an additional $400. We now have two defaults. Total sponsor participation will be from $900 and up, depending on which method of prize money (in the form of $100 or opening a real deposit for 2 winners (the method chosen by the sponsor).

Maybe the June contest will be held in time, and about the forgotten champions also need to think. I will post later on the results.

Who does the community trust here to administer it all? - After all, a cup with "_FirstName _SecondName - The Best Trader MQL5 in _Month _Year" engraved on it is important and memorable.

Seriously. Have you ever done any big projects?

Try doing a monitoring site, calculate how much time and money it will cost. Present a business plan to sponsors.


Everyone tends to think that everything is so easy, done in 5 minutes on their knees and then sponsors and golden mountains.............
