If by different MT4s you mean different DCs, they may have different trading conditions...

Yes, it happens a lot.
Quotes are fed differently.
Their speeds are different and so are their triggering times.
Especially if you mean different brokerage companies.

The dealing desk may have installed a bot detection programme and when the bot contacts the server it gives a false signal.
