And if you look at the 4H, it looks like it's heading downwards (maybe with a slight rise so up to 3850)

 
Why is it a bit up? It's just my watchmaker's showing a bit up.

All right, on H1 it shows up and on H4 it shows down, the question is: which timeframe signal is stronger? But at the same time, as Forte says, all timeframes should work out their movements.

Where is the uncertainty here? Open the charts from M5 to MN, look closely and there is no uncertainty.
 
And yes, the bars are redrawn at the opening of a new candle, so the appearance of TWO bars (above the 0.3 mark) may not come for a long time. (Although on a weekly chart one might be enough .....) So we'll see.
