Before the bombing of Serbia, the Yugoslav government gave NATO a map of targets not to be bombed because it would cause an environmental disaster. The Americans, with their nation's inherent cynicism, began bombing precisely those facilities that were indicated on the Serbian map. For example, they bombed the Pancevo oil refinery six times. As a result, 1200 tons of vinyl chloride monomers, 3,000 tons of sodium hydroxide, 800 tons of hydrochloric acids, 2,350 tons of liquid ammonia and 8 tons of mercury leaked into the environment along with the huge quantities of formed toxic gas - phosgene. All of this has gone into the ground. The soil is poisoned. The ground water, especially in Novi Sad, contains mercury. NATO's use of uranium-core bombs has resulted in so called "Gulf Syndrome", and freak babies are being born. Western environmentalists, especially Greenpeace, remain completely silent about the atrocious crimes of the US military in Serbia.

Moreover, personally I have the impression that the talks about introducing a new global international currency, which are now being put forward by the representatives of official Beijing, are a cover for their desire to replace the dollar with yuan in the international payments system. They carried out a similar operation recently in Southeast Asia: they conducted multilateral negotiations on the introduction of the ACU, including with Japan and South Korea, and then put their partners in front of the fact that Southeast Asia should not have an ACU zone at all, but the yuan. It is possible that in five years of negotiations on the new world currency it will turn out that Beijing is not lobbying for some supranational unit created by the IMF, but for the yuan. This is indeed the way things are going. China de facto introduces its yuan as an alternative reserve currency for the international market. And quite successfully. They just asked the global community if anyone wants there to be a reserve currency under the IMF or the World Bank. The U.S. flatly refused. That is what the Chinese needed, i.e. they acted in a spirit of: our business to offer, your business to refuse. And when the countries outside the Asia-Pacific region and the CIS start using yuan in international settlements, then the U.S. with its unsecured dollars, as well as the IMF and the World Bank and other financial institutions based on the pro-American scams without any additional measures from China, will be out of the game by themselves for the reason that they previously so categorically refused a more favorable offer.
And China is acting precisely in this direction, not only because it wants expansion of world markets (although such expansion is already embedded in the Celestial economy), but because international trade has suffered because of the Wild West's fault for trying to save the U.S. dollar. That's why the Chinese have no more illusions about "recovery" of the deadly infectious American lottery economic system, but restore the balance of foreign trade by their own means and forces. And they now have plenty of funds and forces for that. And other countries, which have suffered not from the crisis but from the fact that the international settlements in the old system are inefficient, have no choice but to accept the Chinese rules of the game and bind themselves to the yuan, so exotic before the crisis.
