I confirm the information from Andrey Tsygankov. The problem is not with the ISP. On win 2016 Zomro server updates are going fine.
On other providers with win2012 EA updates do not work.

I have installed products on MT4 and MT5 without any problems (Market is working). I have not checked updates (I have nothing to update yet, I have already updated everything).

I had the first one with Internet Explorer settings (see post #5 - how to check and configure in case the reason as I did - in Internet Explorer settings).
