Please remove this timer innovation altogether. This is a typical user reaction to the timer:
I'm not really a social person, and I'm not personally affected by it. But, of course, deleting business correspondence is unacceptable.
Deletion of messages is not regulated and is not clearly defined anywhere. It raises a lot of questions. Please remove this very dangerous function from the user's arsenal.

Simple scrolling in the mini-chat has led to IP blocking
Were you blocked by IP? How fast were you scrolling through the mini-chat?
The mini chat window is small -- clicked at the top of the scrolling bar -- a couple of times the site asked "confirm mql5.com action" and a block occurred -- error 403
p.s. If the block is coming from scrolling frequency, then why ask "confirm actions from mql5.com"?
It turns out that the system asked "confirm action" a couple of times, the user confirmed, and the system sent him for a walk, and without notification and guess what/why/why.

Only finding out that fact didn't get me off the block.
A block doesn't come immediately, but as a consequence of a series of actions. Maybe at some point to give a warning that the next step is blocking? And also write somewhere that there is a block by IP until then.
