There's something wrong with the messages.


  1. I see at the top that there's one new message
  2. I go into my profile into the messages and I see there's one from a customer:



  3. I click on this message to read/respond and I see:



    What do I see? What I see is what we left yesterday. There's nothing new...

  4. So I think I'll do a quick check and see if I can at least look in the chat window. I go there, and...
  5. What do I see?



    Ta-daaaam ... That's how to communicate with a customer? If we were just talking about nothing...

I think it's still there. ) It just doesn't reproduce itself after every correspondence.

It's a mess out there. I texted my conversation partner and said, "So and so, I can see there's a message, but I can't read it. Tram-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam-pam. My message appears in the correspondence. I leave for an hour. I come back, refresh my page... you-ssh-ssh-ssh-ssh... His message, which I couldn't see, is there... but mine's gone...

I look in the chat window and see my message (why it does not have my avatar - I do not know, maybe so designed):

... it's not there.
