It's a standard contract between investor and trader. I had one investor who stipulated a drawdown of no more than 6%!!! And the other one agreed to 25%. Naturally, I did not answer with my own money, it was their risk, as in any business.

Guess which one of them made more profit in the end? ))

Hi ! this one with 25% ? as it allows you to use higher risks.
 
If you have made the Grail, you will make money without sales;)
 
I have been dealing with Forex brokers, some just block the account, others put requotes, but there were some that changed the history of transactions.

You need to put them on the account and you don't have to worry about them.
You should trade on a normal exchange.
