Clicking on the arrow opens the last page if the number of new posts has resulted in a new page.
If it's just an added post, it's fine - the page opens and focuses on the new post.
PS and suggestion. The Jobs service has a "Complaint" button for the creator of the claim. Add one for job applicants with the wording "Flood/battle". Somehow everything is not festive there :)
