hello, anyone can help me, I received a warning from mql5 regarding my product having a bad description, and after that i fixed it and it was all green and i thought it was finished, but after waiting 3 days I still couldn't make a withdrawal, i don't know what to change anymore, and i contacted the mql5 team with no response, what else should I do, please help me.

Your products rating has nothing to do with your ability to withdraw money from your MQL5 account, they are 2 different and separate things.
Work with the Service Desk to complete your verification.
Yeah but Mql5 service is not responding to my message, is my account blocked?
Please not that the Service Desk does not work over the weekend and they usually reply within a week.
