hello, anyone can help me, I received a warning from mql5 regarding my product having a bad description, and after that i fixed it and it was all green and i thought it was finished, but after waiting 3 days I still couldn't make a withdrawal, i don't know what to change anymore, and i contacted the mql5 team with no response, what else should I do, please help me.

Your products rating has nothing to do with your ability to withdraw money from your MQL5 account, they are 2 different and separate things.
Work with the Service Desk to complete your verification.

Please not that the Service Desk does not work over the weekend and they usually reply within a week.
How does the product rating system work now? Previously, it seemed to depend on sales, but currently, the rating doesn’t appear to change regardless of how many sales are made. Could you please explain how the rating algorithm is updated?
This is not true, rating depends on many factors, including price, description quality, demo downloads, sales, reviews etc.
