Not. One MQL5 VPS for one trading account.

Failed to get status and failed to execute the migrate command.
I cant find any solution anywhere. What should I do in this case, cancel subscription and call for a refund? I just paid for it and it does not work.

Same problem for me as well and don’t have any options in the menu to change the server. My server is London

My server is London too, I've also sent a message to "Administrator" on MT5 but not any reply yet. I'm just considering canceling the service, maybe it just doesn't work I dont know. Too little information and costumer support. If by this evening I don't get any support from them I'm going to find another vps provider. (I just posted this few minutes ago and instantlly the VPS allowed me to migrate and started working)
