I confirm that there is a problem with the signal server out of sync. Like other subscribers, on 06/02/2021 one position was not copied by a signal, and three positions were closed with a delay, when during the synchronization it was found that I have these three positions on my account, but on the account of the signal provider - no longer, and then these positions were closed. Such technical problems on the MQL5 side can lead to trading losses for signal subscribers. I hope MQL5 technical specialists are already looking for a solution to this issue. Thanks!

Lost connection to Signal Server

it would be good that developers come back and notify us that this issue have been resolved and will not happen in futureSo, it is the problem about how to say about same situation: in trolling way, or in normal way.
If any trolling (without any proofs) will be continuing on this thread (and on the your thread in Russian forum which you started in trolling way) so I will ban the users and will delete the thread.
You should conllaborate with the service desk (especially if you know that the admin already replied on the thread).

It is the technical forum related to the money (means: "no one trust anyone and no one believes in anything").
And if you all (or someone) ask the question so - please provide all the technical information available.
I found one post about differences between opinion (opinion = "highly likely") and the facts:

Everyone is free to have an opinion and to express it, but facts and data are more valuable. Someone previously said that MT5 is slower than MT4, that's an opinion. An opinion so obviously contrary to the facts that it's just laughable and not worth to discuss it.
The problem start when someone try to present his opinion as the final truth, to present an opinion as it was a fact. And it happens often, sometimes so often that nobody takes care and don't even read hundred time repeated opinion presented as a law. I will never agree with that and I will not let develop such behavior ...

I can garantee that my post was just to try point out to admin what I presume was a "bug" and to help identificate it and fix it, for sure I'm not trolling. I love this platform and I like to try give my feedback to improve it.
I'm pretty sure something happened because so many users experienced the same "out of sync" problem on the very same hours of the very same day(s) (2nd - 3rd june).
For sure my intention was not trolling at all.
I am afraid not Carl.
Maybe there one?
It seems that the terminal regularly checks the ping to the signal server. That leads to the question (how) can we flush and access the Journal log? But I guess even this is not possible. And checking the ping to the signal server one self is also not possible. :(
I also experienced the same problem yesterday.
I'm subscribing 1 signal in 2 different accounts (different brokers), using 2 different VPS. It's been going okay for months now.
Suddenly, yesterday there's no trading in these 2 accounts, even though the signal had some trades. I checked the journal in both MT5 terminals, there's no error message, no message about signal is disabled. Nothing. It's just no trade.

Please help the cause opening a ServiceDesk ticket too, maybe more logs we provide (even if mine had no errors at all) more we can contribute and point the devs on this stuff.
Thanks
