I had the same issue 1 month ago and created a post asking about this issue myself. I attempted to reach out the service desk several times and I kept going in circles. System would not allow me to send them my request explaining the issue. After I kept trying, it FINALLY went thru, they replied the next day asking questions about my account and it was fixed within 3 days.
I know it may be frustrating but keep on trying until it finally goes thru. Hope this helps.

Signal opens double trade. Can you fix it?
You have double trades, because after you migrated your signal subscription to your MQL5 VPS you clicked again the: Enabled realtime signal subscription, in your local MT4/5 terminal, so you copy your signal twice!

can someone confirm if i enable the copy trading signal do i required VPS or can survive without it .
It is highly advisable to use MQL5 VPS, to avoid power and network outages.

I cant download my trade manager one of mt purchases from instal on the terminal it says this file does not have an app associated with this action please install an app do you know how to fix this
Go and install your purchase from the MT4/5 terminal's side and not from the MQL5.com website.
Login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your john.chevin41 login and then go to the Market Tab >> Purchased for MT4 or in the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases fo MT5 to download and install your purchase.
