The same, if you have migrated your signal subscription to MQL5 VPS, you can turn your computer off.

After transferring the data, my account is stored on the cloud, so can I log other trading accounts into my MT4 application, will the account stored on VPS still work?
Yes, that is the whole point of using MQL5 VPS.
When you migrate your local trading environment to your MQL5 VPS, you can login into other trading accounts in your local MT4 terminal and trade with them locally.

1. How do I connect >VPS to only 1 account?
Now settings follows me and opens up again on other accounts also open trades on the new account. It worked fine from start but when i opened up a live trading account vps has the same trade window and when i delete ticker in main window i delete on bouth accounts, only difference is window of indicies
any ideas?

It's one trading account per MQL5 VPS.
