I just rented an indicator,but in the payment tab, it says locked operation and whenever I try to install it to my terminal, I do not see any indicator please assist me - page 2

You have done something wrong, this works in all of us.

Maybe you have changed your MQL5 password recently or something else.

Try to logout of your MQL5 community account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab and re-login again.

Restart your MT4/5 terminal, restart your computer.

Where can I see my purchases?


The "Purchased" tab displays all the products downloaded and purchased using the current MQL5.community account. If MQL5.community account data are not specified in the platform settings, the tab name changes to "Downloads". It displays all downloads and purchases made in the current trading platform regardless of the account.

It is same - open MT4, write Community login (this forum login) in MT4 menu, and you will see your purchases in Metatrader.
If not - restart MT4.

Indicator Purchased but have not been able to activate the indicator - HELP?

Go to your MT platform, down to the Terminal window and click on the Market tab, there you will on the upper left side your Purchased products, click on it and these products they will be visible right below.

On the product you want to install, click the blue Install button on the right hand side.

 
Thanks guys, I treid logging in from  another desktop computer, I can see the install button. I have no idea why it is not showing here on my main computer

  • If you really filled Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login/pass, and
  • if you see rented (or purchased) indicator in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/sanguinegenius-gmail/market, and
  • if you have Internet Explorer version 8 or higher installed on your computer, and
  • if your computer is on Windows,

so you should find everything in the Market tab (see my post above).

Login into your MQL5 account with your: sanguinegenius-gmail username and not your email.

Make sure -

  • that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
  • that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
  • that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email; your login is samirash; do not use your email for login;
  • that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information);
  • that you have native forum password (if you received/registered password from google/facebook so - change password by clicking on "forgot password" link here https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten).
