subscription to a signal
Hallo i have subsribed and all is active.
he have placed trades on his own account but i didn`t get them.
his name is Evgenii Kuznetsov
can someone tell me why i don`t get them trades copied on my mt4

My signal have the status active but if i go to tools and signals i can`t click no boxes anymore it says not connected and every box we clicks is now emmpty and can`t click it again
how can we resolve this

You have to follow the above steps very carefully and make sure you've been logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, first.
i can`t fill them in again but my subcribtion is active

Sure you can setup your signal subscription again, as long as you logged into your MQL5 community account.
After you setup your signal subscription again, you need to synchronize with your MQL5 VPS again, in order the changes to take effect.
I think you haven't taken the time to look carefully step by step my instructions.
I would like to subscribe to Deepblue but was unable to and encountered some error message. After some tries, i realised that i accidentally click on vedanta group and the system subscribe me to Vedanta Group. Please advise how can i remove my subscription from Vedanta Group and transfer my subscription to Deepblue ? Thanks
I do not think you can transfer the subscription from one signal provider/signal to an other one.
