Unable to subscribe to a signal

Can someone help me?  

I need to subscribe to signal but I could not do it through my FxPro MT4 platform.  I saw the signal there and clicked on it but it was not subscribing.  There is money in my mql5 account for the subscription.

 
It should be some error or message to be written in Metatrader journal.
Indicating the reason about why you can not subscribe so find this message and try too fix it by yourself (if possible).

Make sure that your Metatrader 4 is in the latest version/build, and make sure that you are not using old version of Windows.

And check the subscription procedure (in case you missed something):

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter

Thanks for your reply.  There's error message in the journal which "Signal: failed payments methods (send request failed [12002]) [0]

Deposit the necessary money into your MQL5 account first and then use the MQL5 way of payment during the subscription procedure.

The signal is $30 and I deposited $45 which has reflected in my MQL5 account

It is about error 12002 -

error message Notifications: failed send request [0] receive response failed [12002]

Error 12002 means an Internet timeout, this is nothing related to MT4 or MT5 but an Internet connection issue to some server.

Manage the error in your code and act accordingly.



And you (your Metatrader) can not connect to pay for the following reasons:

  • your antivuris/firewall is blocking the access;
  • you are having very old build of Metatrader;
  • your Windows version is old and non-supported anymore;
  • you are using external VPS which was blocked from the Market;
  • any other reason.
