Mql5 technical issue in messages section

Hello dear mql5 community.
I try to report technical issue happend in my account.

issue 1 :
Yellow packet always exist and when i click on it always will go to one of my projects. so i cant see my all new messages.

issue 2 :
one of my project has canceld still exist in progress job page.

is it public technical issue happend at this time and will fix? 

right now i cant see my customer messages

i did it just message issue has been fixed.
but still project has done exist in progress section.

Is it possible to try other browser ?

Just to see if the problem is local or universal.

right now problem is one of the my jobs has been canceled and in payment page value refund but it still remain open in my progress jobs. and also in my customer progress job too.

this problem cant be becasue browser.

and this problem is in 2 side. in my account and customer account

After 2 weeks still closed job remain in my progress box as open job and made my box busy.

i had contact by service desk and still no answer.

After 1 month , i didnt recieve any response from service desk, from moderator and also here.

Still i am waitig that some one help me to solve this mql5 technical problem.

Yes i know service desk just work for financial issue. 

my problem due technical bug in mql5. how it must be solve. this bug effect on my account opportunities.
