Yes. That's a shame, and that's not the good time for such a crach like this one. I discovered the issue quite fast, since I was working on my EA and testing it, so I'm lucky.
But I work in IT, so I know that it happens, and it's not always easy to resolve the issue, that's why I try to develop my EAs with passive safety features, in case of a crash like this one. That's a good lesson... VPS reliability is never 100%
I'm currently testing the MT4 VPS service from MQL5 with a Demo account and this happens. I'm wondering if this happened to live accounts too? I'm also wondering if this has happened before and how often does it happen? I haven't been trading that long so don't know. I'm considering taking my money to other more reliable VPS services. But I guess none can guarantee with 100% certainty that this won't happen with other services.

Today I had the same problem, hopefully it does not happen often when there are experts in operation that create economic damage.

I found the reply of MQL5 Support in rus part of the forum, and I understand that it is not a global situation.
Just hope it will be restotred within very short time.

Please do not rent new VPS-servers in exchange for inaccessible ones.

I have 5 VPS subscriptions in parallel on different servers, none of them responded to the market change during past few hours, and I have to run the systems locally after knowing the issue here, with bad entry price.
Not expecting MQL is paying back the actual loss caused, however, please prevent similar cases happening again.
