After looking at your slides i noticed we have completely different set ups. my mt5 demo account works fine btw.

Make sure you have enabled trading for your account, contact your broker about it.

I'm not sure how. It's a demo account.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.
