Messy market today so staying away...
CABLE and USDJPY been very good to me this week.
Plenty more pips out there. Lets have a cracking week with good live calls next week.
Made targets and thats whats important so no point chucking it away on days like this.
Looking forward to it already.
Dan
Just come back after a week working away from home. Still short with eurgbp. Been in since just below 0.9500. Been slowly moving my stop lower over the past couple of days and currently still holding with s/l at 0.9050 (above the daily 20). Was hoping for a break lower below 0.8750 but this looks like a bit of challenge at the moment. Think I will review the position early next week and decide my next move. Would really love this trade to break 0.8500, but we can only dream. Worried about the daily 21 cci though as this suggest to me a bit of consolidation is on the cards. We shall only see in the fullness of time. Need to be less distracted by all this talk of chocolate sticks and photocopiers. Things getting too hot for me here (and my chocolate is melting too fast). Executive Travel Rockie p.s. a small share tip. Sell or go short BA stock. This airlines current performance is lacklustre and can only lead to reduced passenger numbers. Lets see shall we.
Dear Pipsters,
Home at last - been a very long week. Closed out on EURGBP at 0.8862 on my birthday. It was also budget day too and I cried and I cried. OK my pips were very nice as I got an entry at 0.9443. I have been holding since beginning of March and hit 500 pips. Nothing like my old leverage since I am not able to trade day to day, but it has been a good lesson in terms of playing the trend and using the daily and 4 hour charts. Still need to work on stop loss positions as I had a few hairy moments but a nice few pips to collect when not sat at the PC.
Got a weekend of carnage planned. Beer, curry and music - oh yeah!

Hi Rock
Happy belated birthday for Wednesday - did you cry because of the budget or because you're an old man now? Hope you have a fab weekend of celebrations.
Great pips on EURGBP, easy money hey!
See ya

Thanks R - crying because of both. Tax hike is ridiculous. My age is totally outrageous. I am now twice my birth date. Scary......the next big one has a 5 in it!!!
Loved the eur trade. Was interesting that the 4 hour 21cci revealed the potential direction shift though. Something on longer term charts I shall be looking out for.
Have a great weekend - I am now off to the pub. BEER time

Although I am definitely tired the market seems to have had some RedBull overnight and has found some wings. Aside from Ru 30s that aresuffering from a bout of local profit taking the market is trading ok.This is good news for me as I have been able to lighten further intothis decent bout of liquidity. The same cannot be said for Kazakhstanwhere it appears Bta and Allibk are on the brink of triggering a defaultalthough at the moment clarity is lacking. Clients holding Kazakh bankbonds have finally woken up and have started selling other banks (ieKKB, BCCRD and Halyk). Net net amazingly I actually think this is apositive for Kazakhstan in terms of the state not bailing out everyoneand therefore more in reserve for the 2 guys left ie Halyk and KKb (Atfand Bccrd can hopefully rely on their parent). Short term however itsprobably going to be construed as negative and so for now probably bestto stay away however I am not giving up on Borat, I will be back someday! My view on the big wide world has not changed at all, and althoughCaptain Darling and others are calling the end of the crisis and thereturn of normalised growth by next year I still think they are allsmoking something illegal. I know I have said it before but followingthe biggest episode of wealth destruction in history I cannot believethings are going to return back to normal within 2 years. I could bewrong but betting against Captain Darling is in my book a no brainer atthe moment. Enjoy the weekend people.
Mr P......
Good to see my old buddies on the thread.
Rockdrive and Rollingstone are alive and well!!!
Have a great weekend. Off to the beach with the family. Bit worried about belly!!

Hi Rock
You should do what I've done - find an age you like and just stick to that. Whack on some dance music and have a bit of a bop, you'll feel 20 years younger or pull a muscle, one or tiara.
Hope you wore your birthday suit to the pub, hmmm, actually, maybe not. I still remember your description of you in your wet suit in Wales, still makes me laugh!
Have a great weekend, save me some cake but not the bit burnt by all the candles (make sure the fire extinguisher is to hand
).

Hey Dan
Young buddies Dan, young (Rock's getting a bit manic about being nearly, you know, the big one...).
Me and young Rock like a bit of a chat and you're always very welcome to join in hee hee!
I hope you enjoy the beach, you could always wear a dudey bandana and shades to distract the laydees from your belly, or a mankini perhaps, that would definitely draw the eye to other places. The dress code for UK beach wear is a no brainer - a big, fat, thick duvet, which also eliminates all belly worries too. See living in the UK does have some merits!
Just let me know if you require any further helpful fashion tips, always happy to help.
Have a fab time!
