It works OK (on any time frame - it does not depend on a time frame) :
Did you copy dynamicZone.dlll to libaries folder (it is posted at the first post of this thread, here : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/general , use the dynamic zone dll from May this year that is attached at that post)

This is dynamic zone of gann averages high low activator, indicator is mtf.
This is another dynamic zone ha Delta with signal line, and a histogram added that is colored depending if the ha Delta is above/below the dynamic zone zero line. The indicator has alerts and arrows on dynamic zero crosses and or ha Delta crossing it's signal line.
