No, there is no similar thing either
That one will be converted to metatrader 5 too eventually (when we get some time to do that in a proper way)

This is a version of oscillator of averages with dynamic zones added. The oscillator of averages is using the newest averages and price options with the double smoothing and the option to make the averages vhf adaptive. The arrows and alerts should work as the osc of averages crosses into the upper and lower dynamic zones.
