Very good! I had one month left in the test and no consistent profits. Now I'm running my own strategy manually which has given me great profits.

I slightly changed the timeframes and sl to ea to trade between 0:00 and 11:00 GMT0.

Tp:60 SL40 for both long and short.

Result: 20% per week testes on M1 EURUSD

es_capelast_reversed_ecn_v1.04.ex4

settings file:

timeframe_limit.set

I used order of 1/100s tf of lot which I havent yet optimized.

Somehow I am not able to back test before november 2011 thus Id be delighted to see your result and settings.

What broker did you use?

 

Could anyone write few lines of code to be included in this EA:

n to be variable.

If value of MA period=4 at M5 at actual time - value of same MA 10 min before.

If positive return n=9 if negative return n= 1

where value of n will be the max number of buys per symbol.

Ill pay you back in pints anytime ure in Dublin

NB a4something for tests I used instaforex...regardless of what ppl say I yet havent had any problems with them

a. ss2009

b bolinger band stop

both indi are attached. bolinger band give me alert when change from buy to sell and VV.

ss give me the whent the trend will finish.

this indicator suitable for M30 and up. for all pair

any1 can make escape ea based on this indicator..

Longer Term Testing

Has anyone done longer term forward testing on this EA?

I know programming and getting involved with MQL, so I'd like to see if this is worth messing with and adding some tweaks.

I figured this is an old thread but worth revisiting.

It's definitely worth investigating! It's a great ea, but has problems finding the trend. See also above ester's post. My opinion is that these 2 trend indicators have to be added. See attachment for the requirements of the change.
