That is a conclusion of traders that ECB will cut rates and not a solid decision yet. I think that if ECB does not do that (as it was with FED and QE tapering - remember how sure everybody was that FED will taper the QE) then we can see interesting action
It will probably do the opposite of what most think it will do
whether they cut rates or not, is not really important, S/R (usually is)
The Euro and GBP are quite nr (some) support, and due for a bounce this wk once its hit
one thing we can be sure of is, there will be plenty of whipsawing

It was falling too fast. Some consolidation is normal (and of course a confirmation that ECB rate cut was not just a wild guess is needed for a further downhill tumble)
