I also having the same problem like fxbs. Loading a new page takes more time, more than 2 minutes.

It was spammers' attack few months ago and not to our forum only: some other forums had this problem.
Spammers are from few same IPs and from same country.
What we did?
- few IPs were banned permanently few weeks ago
and
- more than 60 usernames (with 0 posts) were banned permanently
and
- new PM sending rules depends on the number of the posts were created.
As a results: spams were stopped (mainly).
There are few spammers are still around but they registered on the forum long time ago (all those anti-spam changes are affected on new members; not for old ones).
There are not so many of them now and I hope that we will ban them all.
It was some changed in structure of the forum:
- this section was created: RentaSignal Service and Elite Section Discussion - Forex Trading
and read this post: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/178803/page48
- 'Metatrader 3' was moved inside 'Metatrader 4' as sub-forum;
- 'Indicators - Metatrader 3' was moved inside 'Indicators - Metatrader 4' as sub-forum;
- 'Expert Advisors - Metatrader 3' was moved inside 'Expert Advisors - Metatrader 4' as sub-forum.
Banned.

By the way,
- most of the indicators are non repainting.
- MTF indicator is continuing painting the past on low timeframe.
- it is very easy to check: painting the past (repaintng) or not. Wait when market will be opened and attach inticator to the chart and make image with sime intervals, or once in a bar. For example: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173815/page7
Make sure that your indicator is (for checking): using same timeframe which you are attaching it to the chart.
