All SSA based indicators that are not end-pointed, are recalculating

SSA can not be disabled. And if we make it end-pointed, it will be much slower (very CPU intensive) and the results will be completely different (something similar to the comparison of centered TMA and LWMA - which is the end-pointed centered LWMA)
