There is some other way to compile: just to restart Metatrader. But I am not using it.

Because you are placing indicator as mql4 file.
Mql4 file is the source code.
But Metatrader is using ex4 file. So, MetaEditor is making ex4 from mql4. Because EAs and metatrader are using ex4 only. That is why we need to compile indicators and EAs.

Need help to run the EA
I try to run the EA on FXDD, I got the smily face for the EA, but the Previous bar trend and Current bar trend are blank and seems the EA is not working. Can someone help? Thanks.
Place 2 indicators and 1 EA in right places - read this thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum (ppst #7). Compile indicators and EA in MetaEditor.
Then download the data to your Metatrader, or check Symbols: there are small video about how to do it step by step. It is somewhere here in the middle of the thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum (just 3 minues to watch).

I have no idea about what it that but almost all the orders were closed in profit. So, it is good case as I understand (just compare last visual statement from the post #269 with this one):

As I understand, there is an input option "EquityTrailing" in the EA. The default setting is "True" and the trigger setting is "2". If the Equity is 2% above balance, the EA will close all those trades which are in profit. All these can be adjusted.

Yes, you are right.
I did not know it.
It is very good I think because it is as additional protection.
It was closed when equity is more than balance on 2%.
It closed with +224.61 dollars in profit (which is 2% from balance).
