The author chose a bit unusual colors (I did not alter the indicator in any way) but the primary "signal" should be the color of the stochastic that is changing colors. The rest is there to give confirmation (visual and value wise) that the "color signal" is actually what we should do.
For it to have the "used to" values, colors should be inverted (red instead of blue and blue instead of red) and that way it would be much more obvious how to use it, but as I said, I did not want to alter the indicator (sometimes it is much better just to post something "as is" otherwise I would be playing a "code police" game which is the thing that I would never like to do for code that is coded in good intention and faith)
