well, i guess it was too good to be true. i had the demo account running for 45 days.. and tonight.. i got cut off.. so i will have to find another demo to test on.. i would use the db i am with now, but i have to make a living.
Forgive me for replying to such an old post ... but I'm just reading through this thread.
I've got numerous EAs running on various demo accounts - just seeing which works best. Some date back to November. I haven't experienced accounts getting cut off. Is it only some brokers? What is the situation with these demos? I'd like to let these demos run for a while - I don't think 45 days would do it.

10pts4 anyone have anymore forward testing on this. i only have about two days on this EA, equity slope is up. anyone have a longer forward test period for the defaults of 10pts4. im using H1

Certain broker allow you to have a demo account for a very long period, such as CrownForex, NorthFinance, FXDD. I never facing any expiry before I blow the account. Some of the broker only allow your demo account to be available for a month, after that your demo account will be unavailable, you'll have to recreate another 1. Good trading

(sometimes Alpari, but they have an annoying habit of closing the trades every night, then re-opening a new one .. which makes going through the statements very confusing). In actual fact, InterbankFX is looking favourite for the first real money account, because they allow a small start.

alpari russia is the best MT4 for me so far, because they have their own data bank. alpari UK does the annoying stuff, that closses trade during roll over. meanwhile, if you're testing any of this martingale robot, should not consider alpari UK. meanwhile, i'm working on another alternative then martingale. all are welcome besides those anti davidke20'er
