Yesterday for the first time 1.23 placed both long and short pending orders.
I had done nothing, made no changes.
Today, however, no orders have been placed, it has stopped working.
I'm going to install a new IBFX platform and try again.
Fortunately I can place the orders manually.
First week results in pips for 1.23 trades (closed trades only).
We all know about performance of 1.21 version (see this post about how to get results):

EURUSD: pips this week 160; pips in total 115.
GBPUSD: pips this week 117; pips in total 977.
USDJPY: pips this week 0; pips in total 32.
USDCHF: pips this week 0; pips in total -380.
It is the results for this week and "pips in total" is since since May 2006.
Statements are attached for 1.21 (i changed demo account since May 2006 so look at the first post of the files thread for some old statements).

I started to test more risky version: 1.23. It rades the second week already so I did not change settings, broker and account and we may wee full statements attached:
EURUSD: +78 pips.
GBPUSD: +211 pips.
USDJPY: -307 pips.
USDCHF: +33 pips.
This 1.23 version is trading often. The logic is the following: EA is placing pending orders (buy stop and sell stop) for short distance between the orders. If one order is executed so the opposite pending order is deleted.
For example, EA is placing the orders at 9 am broker's server time (it is in the settings of the EA and we may change it). So, before those order placing EA will close all previous profitable orders. If orders was not closed by stop loss but not in profit yet so EA is not placing the pending orders. It means: one order per chart.
It is very interesting to see the next version when pending orders are placing irrespective of any open orders. We will have many trades per week and even per day but whole the situation with profit/loss will be developed very quickly. Just an idea.

For what it's worth, I've returned to 1.21 and it works fine.
1.22 and 1.23 do not work.

1.23 is working fine for me: at 6 or 7 am GMT EA will delete profitable orders and will palce the other pending orders.
Please find updated statements for 1.21 and 1.23 versions.
What is the difference between those versions?
1.21 version is proven to be profitable (by forward testing) for some broker with some settings. If we need to use the other broker si we will change the settings.
1.23 version just started. It was good started. besides 1.23 version is trading more often than 1.21.
