I know about cases like that (see their "market" too)

What can I say?

At least something have been posted there when that guy posted it instead of being a completely dead site with display of code that some is not working any more for years. Maybe one day guys like qpwr, klot, kimIV (whom the drew away successfully) and some others decide to post their code there again, but till then (if they aver decide to post there again) we are going to see more cases like the one you brought attention to than any original code
