What is new weekly in public and elite: if you do not have time to visite the forum every day so you can visite this thread once in a week to know about What is new weekly in public and elite.

You still do not have time but you want to see the information about what happened on the other forums weekly? Read this thread The thread about threads: what's going around the forum everywhere

So, basicly, if you do not have time so you can visite those threads just once a week (in the end of the week as the posts are edited several times in a day). Just understand those threads as the blogs for example ... same information with same schedule of posting and so on.

Finding a Reliable EA

After analyzing some of the top-performers I have found myself rather dishearthened. It seems that there is a lot of time between opening a trade and selling.

GoldWarriror 02b has an average of about 4 days between open/sell. TrendEnvelopeExpert has about 2 days. These are just a couple. I can give more examples if required.

My expectations of a profitable EA are one that trades based upon sound methodology. A lot can happen over a period of days, and this seems to me to be an unnecessary drawdown.

Does anyone know of an EA that is more reliable, one more suited for day-trading?

Top-pipsing EAs in this excel file https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173389/page17 and EAs on this thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173403 - may not be top performers. It is just some kind of sorting. It let us know that EA is profitable even without MM. Because top performing EAs should be estimated according not only how many pips in a week in profit consistently. There are several EAs which are not generating many pips in a week and they are on the position #5 or 10 or 15 for example in excel files and total leaders thread but they may be more reliable than top-pipsing in top leaders thread.

Also look at first page of this thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/174701 but it is not top performers ... just some EAs with equity changing estimated by every month.
