Downloading and printing MQL4 Book. PDF conversion?

I downloaded the MQL4 Book by Kovalyov:

https://book.mql4.com/content

I was able to right click Properties > General tab > Unblock on the file to make the file readable. But now I got to keep clicking on bottom page links to go to the next section, as opposed to just flipping pages back and forth as in a Word or PDF doc.

Does someone know how to make such a page-by-page normal form Word or PDF doc, so it can be read on PC and printed as usual in one go?

My suspicion is that I cannot just print this .chm file unless I want to waste hours printing section by section with manual intervention !

What good is this doc after 10+ years ???? Those Russians never seem to blow up their space rockets like NASA does all the time, but are just horrible at PCs...what a shame for Metaquotes and its ancient ways.

Use this and you would have found that you right click on the chm and change one of the permissions.

Ah, the misleading guy again ! If you had read above, I did that Unblock already. The question was different.

Anyway, I did another search to find the MQL4 book in pdf (162 pages; scrollable, hence printable in one go.)

Now the problem is: When I try to click on a section link, I get a security warning: Adobe does not allow http://help..

Maybe above problem comes with conversion from chm to PDF. Or maybe not. Tried all kinds of URL and

security allowances.

I am certain that what you NOW have posted above is NOT what I read when I posted. It's unfortunate I didn't quote you. I will try not to help you in the future.

You are right, I also saw he edited his post after your reply.

WHRoeder,

Regardless of what I did (without knowing you will be posting again, which I did not appreciate), you have, at least, with my postings, a track record of misleading me (as, e.g., with the post where actually SDC helped me solve my problem.) All you have done so far is tell me things I would know, and boss me around without actually helping me out.

So I do like the fact that you now promise "not to help me in the future" ! Thank you. Someone here needs to respect other people, and, in the least, not try to jump the gun. I do expect you to keep your promise. I am sure there are other, helpful folks here (one example is above.)

angevoyageur,

Hope you understand, since you do not know the track record above I talked about. No offense here.

Frankly, I don't care what WHRoeder ended up doing for someone else. I got to look at my situation.

PS. I did not edit my post after his reply- before it, or perhaps our typing coincided. I have no use for WHRoeder's

skill set, and it is ridiculous to assume I edited just to annoy him. Who cares?

Regards,

Athar.

SimonG,

NO. I posted the pdf link in my original post.

Now you keep lecturing people to do their homework first?

Ironic perhaps? And my link says MQL4.

This is NOT good moderation on your part.

@atharmian: You just showed yourself to be a liar. You're picking on Russians, metaQuotes, Moderators and Helpers. Yet, you're the one asking for help. Someone with this much Big-Mouth shouldn't be in your position. Do your own damm research.

I am doing my own damn research. If you have nothing to help me with, keep your peace and your big mouth shut.

Let those other folks who have helped me in practice do so. Whatever I have said so far makes a lot of sense to a lot

of people who are the silent majority.

What code is Liar= exposing MetaQuotes, "Russians" (did I pick on all Russians or just the incompetents, those coders and doc guys, found in all societies?), Moderators (Did you even read the post with proof of "moderation"?), Helpers (I did appreciate real Helpers, didn't I, as above?) ?

If MetaQuotes is so wonderful, why are they now backtracking, after years of hype and vaporware, on this wonderful MQL5 people all over refused to use, and promising fixes to MQL4? Why need a new editor/compiler if all is so great about it? Hell, that MQL4 editor cannot even pause for debugging. What year is this? 2013?

Get a life. Don't lurk on picking on people as an insecure loner !
