Current versions of indicators was generated based on neural networks trained on EURUSD M1 for 01/02/2014 and 03/01/2014, MetaQuotes-Demo server.

He's talking about indicators that are attached to the EA itself. Why he doesn't test them himself in real life, I can't understand.
I have not been able to get profitable results even when running the history on gold. 300 quid spent are still hanging over the trash bin.... I'll wait for an update. If I can't make a profit, he'll get the full measure of it. so I won't need a ban.

Personally, I don't understand, it gives out signals too often, not like in the picture, it seems to draw an arrow on every tick (broker - bank).

Thank you, indeed on vtb24 quotes the indicators work more roughly due to the 4-digit representation, which on small timeframes shows distorted bars in patterns, compared to 5-digit bars, on which the neural networks were trained.
I am posting an updated version of indicators trained on 4-digit bars, EURUSD M1 for the past week, default sensitivity 25%.

Judging by the above pictures, the Close candlestick parameter is used in the indicator calculations, which means that the arrows should be shifted by 1 bar to the right for reliability. And the picture will not be so pretty :), it will not be pretty at all.

To be more precise, the current price is used in the indicator calculations, which becomes the Close price on the last bar tick, and if as a result of this calculation the BUY or SELL indicator threshold value is reached, the corresponding arrows are drawn.
That is, the arrows are located exactly on those bars on which they are calculated.
But if by shifting the arrows "by 1 bar to the right" you mean the order of using signals, i.e. only on completed bars, then it refers to a specific trading strategy.
In this case, in addition to signals on already formed bars, a trader can also use intra-bar signals, which are displayed on the indicator, and their value is displayed in the comment field.
