The trade manager slows down MT5 significantly. Even switching between timeframes takes a couple seconds now with this tool installed. The features are nice, but this is very annoying. I used a different trade manager in the past and this has never been an issue.
Hello Steffen,
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention.
The code of Trade Manager for MT5 is optimized to work smoothly within the MetaTrader 5 environment. It’s true that Trade Manager is a powerful and feature-rich tool that manages trades and performs many operations in the background, so it does require some system resources. However, it should not significantly slow down the platform or cause delays when switching timeframes.
One possible cause of the slowdown might be the use of multiple other indicators running at the same time — especially if some of them are not well-optimized. In such cases, Trade Manager may not get the minimal system resources it needs to function smoothly.
We recommend contacting our technical support team at:
https://www.investsoft.eu/contact
We’ll be happy to take a closer look at how Trade Manager runs on your machine and help identify the source of the issue.

InvestSoft Team
Hi,
I have been using your Trade Manager EA on MT4 and just rented the one for MT5 but whenever I click to place a trade after entering the parameters in the EA it doesn't execute! I already enabled 'Algo Trading' yet nothing is showing up. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out and for using our Trade Manager on both MT4 and MT5.
If trades are not being executed even after enabling Algo Trading, it's possible that some additional settings in MetaTrader 5 still need to be adjusted. MT5 has more security and permission layers than MT4, and these settings can sometimes prevent expert advisors from placing orders.
To help you configure everything correctly, please contact our technical support via the form at:
https://www.investsoft.eu/contact
We’ll guide you step-by-step on what needs to be enabled or changed so you can start trading with the Trade Manager EA on MT5 without issues.

beside that, i got some usability issues, which are hard to describe and which i might need to show through zoom or so.
got the same issue on macos... it increases the wine process to 93% CPU utilization the whole time MT5 is running with TM enabled.

Thanks for the update. In that case, please get in touch with our technical support team through the contact form on our website: https://www.investsoft.eu/contact. I wanted to know if there's a way to scale the risk/reward size individually, without scaling the trading panel at the same time (to slightly reduce the default size). Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, it is possible to scale the size of the Risk/Reward lines (Open/Stop/Target) individually — including adjusting font sizes and bar thickness — without scaling the entire trading panel.
To get detailed instructions on how to do this, please contact our support team using the contact form at: https://www.investsoft.eu/contact
We’ll be happy to guide you step by step.

Hi, I wanted to know if it's possible to activate an option that displays the partial and breakeven lines on the chart once we've entered the market. How does the long entry line appear in green, for example?
On the other hand, in the risk reward section, I do see the partial TP, but I can't find the option to show the breakeven line.
If these options exist, could you tell me which section of the settings they are in? I've searched both the platform and the user guide on your website but haven't been able to find it.
Thank you very much!! (Very good tool, I'm delighted with the options and how it works <3)

Hi,
Thank you so much for your kind words and support. It truly means a lot and keeps us motivated to keep improving the tool.
Regarding your question: the option to show break-even and trailing stop lines on the chart is something we’re currently working on. At the moment, these lines aren’t visible yet.
It’s a bit more complex to implement because our Trade Manager supports advanced features like multi-level Breakeven and multi-level Trailing Stop logic, so we want to make sure the visualization is clear and consistent across all possible configurations.
We definitely plan to add this feature — though we’re not sure if it will be included in the very next version or the one after that, since we’re also preparing a few other exciting updates that we want to release soon.
As always, once the feature is ready, we’ll include it in a future update.
Thanks again for your support and for being part of our community.
Best regards,
Janusz

Hi,
The error you're seeing – "Can't read quotation for any symbol: JPYUSD., GBPUSD., USDJPY., USDGBP." – usually means that some of these currency pairs are not available in your Market Watch.
To fix this add to Market Watch in MT5 at least one of the mentioned pairs (e.g. USDJPY or GBPUSD ) by right-clicking and choosing "Show All" or manually searching for them and selecting "Show".
Once one of these pairs is available, the lot size calculation based on risk % should work correctly.
Another possible reason is the automatic detection of symbol prefixes/suffixes. Try toggling this option on or off in the Trade Manager settings, depending on your broker’s symbol naming.
If the issue still persists, please reach out to our technical support at https://www.investsoft.eu/contact – we’ll be happy to guide you through the correct setup.

this is very annoying and im not able to solve it.
Its just working with EURUSD, when i attach the tool to other pairs its not working, also doesnt look like the template i have created when i load it.
this is very annoying and im not able to solve it.
Hi,
Thanks for your message.
The Trade Manager works with all symbols available in MetaTrader — not just currency pairs like EURUSD.
If you're experiencing issues on other symbols or the template doesn't appear as expected, it’s most likely a matter of configuration.
To get everything sorted out quickly, please contact our technical support at: https://www.investsoft.eu/contact
We’ll help you step by step to set everything up properly and explain any features or settings that might be unclear.
We’re here to help and make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
