EURUSD Market Outlook

Finally EURUSD have come down to the diagonal support lines all the way. Note that the same support line are also detected by Price Breakout Pattern Scanner as in the rising wedge pattern. Currently EURUSD have been bounced up after it hit the bottom of the rising wedge. It is about 40 pips up. However, EURUSD have not made up brick in the Smart Renko yet.

AUDUSD Market Outlook

Just like all other currency pairs, Australian dollar shows weakness against US dollar too. Currently AUDUSD is currently making some correction after good breakout last week. However note that AUDUSD was not reached the potential highest level in the range. Currently it is testing the critical level at 0.8000. If it break downwards below 0.8000, next significant level for AUDUSD would be 0.7970.

After EURUSD hit over 1.2000 level one more time last week, EURUSD is currently undergoing some minor correction from its long bullish market. Hurricane Irma, Big and scary

Irma have regained of category 4 when its lands to Florida. Some facts about Irma released by Bloomberg today.
•Irma may wipe out as much as 20 percent of the citrus crop in the world’s second-largest orange juice producer
•Airlines have canceled 10,699 flights, according to air-traffic tracker FlightAware
•Jose, the third major hurricane of the 2017 season, was passing well north of Puerto Rico with maximum sustained winds of 130 miles an hour and is expected to linger over the western Atlantic for several days
•Hurricane Irma has caused $12.7 billion of damages across the Caribbean, according to German’s Center for Disaster Management and Risk Reduction
•Storm Katia fell apart after making landfall in Mexico.
•More than 4.4 million customers of the state’s two largest utilities may lose power, based on company forecasts Saturday.
•NextEra shut a reactor at its Turkey Point nuclear plant and planned leave a second online given how the storm’s path has shifted.

How to Use Auto Chart Alert

In your trading, alert is one important tool that helps you not to miss the important trading opportunity. In addition, alert can save your time for sitting in front of your screen. Auto Chart Alert is very flexible alert solution. You can extend your alert for push notification or email with our Auto Chart Alert.

There are many ways you can incorporate this useful alert tool in your trading. In one of the simple example, you can use this tool for simple support resistance trading. You can simply set one of the alert line around support or resistance lines by following the steps:
1.Press Keyboard "1" to create new alert line
2.Move the alert line to support or resistance line in your chart. So you will get alert when price move near the alert line.

If you wish you can set multiple alert lines in your chart. For example, to create 2nd and 3rd alert line, Press Keyboard "2" and "3". Make sure that you are creating another one after moving the previous alert line to the desired location first. To delete all the alert lines, just Press Keyboard "0".

In another simple example, imagine that you are doing some Elliott Wave analysis to decide your trading. Assume that you have counted on Elliott Wave 123 pattern and you want to trade on Elliott Wave 4. Once analysis is done, set the alert line for your trading following the steps below:
•Press Keyboard "1" to create new alert line
•Move the alert line in parallel to channel. So you will get alerted when the price come near the channel line.

Likewise, you can apply Auto Chart Alert for any trading system including Price Breakout Pattern Scanner, Sideways Market Analyser, Harmonic Pattern Plus, etc. It can be even used for other trading system outside our market place.

One interesting application can be applying the alert line to the future Harmonic Pattern from Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner. That way you can be notified when the future Harmonic Pattern become realized in your chart.

GBPUSD Market Outlook

Before, we had discussed the possible turning point with GBPUSD in one of our Elliott Wave Analysis. In fact the turning point (Potential wave 4) is still valid. The turning point was made around 1.27642. Now, GBPUSD got to visit the Wave 3 level again at 1.32852 level to hold the valid Wave 4 position. However, there is a good chance that Wave 3 can come much higher than this as the typical Elliott Wave theory presents the wave 3 as the longest. So be aware of this too.

Concept of Potential Reversal Zone Type A and Type B

Simply speaking potential Reversal zone is the area where three or four Fibonacci levels are converging together. Traders, who believes on natural low behind Fibonacci number, consider this area as the key price level for the future price movement.

There are two type of Potential Reversal Zone. Let us name them as Potential Reversal Zone Type A and Type B respectively. In the five point patterns, Potential Reversal Zone Type A is constructed before the final point D formation using point X, A, B and C.

If the location of point X, A, B and C are close to the ideal location, then neighbouring Fibonacci levels will have smaller gap. If points X, A, B and C are inaccurately located, then neighbouring Fibonacci levels will have greater gaps. You might use bottom or top of the Potential Reversal Zone Type A as your stop loss target.

Potential Reversal Zone Type B is constructed after the final point D is formed. Since we have all five point X, A, B, C and D, we use all the four lags including XA, AB, BC and CD to construct Potential Reversal Zone Type B. The whole purpose of constructing Potential Reversal Zone Type B is to predict future price movement after harmonic pattern is detected. Price can make reversal or breakout movement around Potential Reversal Type B.

Currently EURUSD is low in trading volume. EURUSD slowly moves along with the support line we have drawn earlier.

So Irma is coming and panicking have been increased. It is just because we have a nightmare with Harvey few weeks ago and US have not fully recovered the footage of Harvey yet. Another monstrous hurricane approach can surely increase the concern of the many people.
