I added this indicator to my trades but it never tells me when to open a trade. I have noticed on your indicator it tells you when to open the trade. Mine only says "wait to open Sell order" example

The default properties value on built-in zigzag indicator is 12,5, 3. you can try to change its value, and see what's the indicator draw in your chart.

Yes, just set the input parameter Email Alert (Yes) or (No) to Yes, and set your MT4 Tools/Option/Email -> Enable and be activated your email.
