Indicator Dashboard with EA execution of Signal with email, Desktop & Mobile alerts

Need Indicator & EA for 50 MA/ EMA (selective input) crossover strategy code enclosed with MT5 code generated already for 1 instrument.

1) Need DASHBOARD for Buy & Sell signal for instrument in watchlist of MT5 and option to scan in broker instruments for H1 and H2 timeframe with email, mobile push and /or desktop alerts for 1 or all. For instrument on chart should point buy and sell signal. (sample code and indicator in basic is attached for reference)

Dashboard like Instrument name , Timeframe H1 / H2 , Alert - Desktop / Email / Mobile , Place trade on signal - YES / NO

2) Indicator signal to appear BUY above MA 50 and place trade according and vice versa for sell trade. 

2) EA to take trade for BUY / SELL above / below MA 50 line plotted chart on H1 / H2 timeframe basis. Also option to put SL as MA line with buffer or ATR Values or Points as required and trailing SL as per condition set like trailing of MA line with buffer / ATR values / Points. Sample EA is attached for reference running with code.

3) EA for Signals in backtest mode also to appear for entry and exit with buffer. 

4) Auto entry EA on dashboard  if set true or with desktop alert so trade can be placed automatically or acceptance.

5) EA with time, session and news filters.   

Any suggestion for improvement in trading eg. including of stochastic oscillator for improvement of win rates.
