3-indicators in One EA

I would like to have an indicator developed in MT4 that will create a signal based on a strategy that I am following:

Indicator setup:

XPMA settings period = 75 (change colors from red to Blue and from Blue to Red to show uptrends and downtrends)

HAMA - use default settings

MACD-2 - use settings of 100, 150 and 90

Stochastic - settings at 15, 6 and 9 with levels at 30 and 70

Charts are 5 min time frames

Use the 4 indicators listed above (3 of them are provided, except Stoch) to place a CALL signal when the following conditions are met:

Hama Blue, XPMA Blue, MACD-2 Green and above 0, Stoch showing oversold (see picture attached)

Use the 4 indicators listed above (3 of them are provided, except Stoch) to place a PUT signal when the following conditions are met:

Hama Red, XPMA Red, MACD-2 Red and below 0, Stoch showing overbought (See picture attached).

Signal should be an alert-box with an alert-sound and/or an email with the following information in the following sequence:
