High-Accuracy MT5 Arrow Indicator with Pre-Alerts & Performance Dashboard for Binary Options

Hi, I want to develop a highly accurate, custom technical indicator for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) specifically tailored for 1-minute Binary Options trading (Quotex). 

I do NOT need an automated trading bot. I only need visual buy/sell arrows on the chart, an advanced alert system, and an on-chart performance statistics dashboard. The indicator must be 100% non-repainting.

1. STRATEGY CONFLUENCE LOGIC
The indicator should check for 4 conditions simultaneously on the closed candle (Bar 1) and trigger the signal exactly at the opening (00-second mark) of the current candle (Bar 0).

Indicator Settings to Use:
* 200 EMA: Period = 200, Method = Exponential, Apply to = Close
* Bollinger Bands: Period = 20, Deviation = 2.5, Apply to = Close
* RSI: Period = 5 (Levels: Overbought = 75, Oversold = 25)
* Stochastic Oscillator: K=5, D=3, Slowing=3 (Levels: Overbought = 80, Oversold = 20)

🟩 BUY SIGNAL (Green Up Arrow):
Triggers on Bar 0 open, when ALL these conditions are met on Bar 1:
1. Trend Filter: Close price of Bar 1 must be ABOVE the 200 EMA.
2. BB Touch: Low or Close price of Bar 1 must touch or pierce below the Lower Bollinger Band (2.5).
3. RSI Filter: RSI (5) value of Bar 1 must be at or below 25.
4. Stochastic Cross: Stochastic Main line must cross above the Signal line inside the oversold zone (< 20).

🟥 SELL SIGNAL (Red Down Arrow):
Triggers on Bar 0 open, when ALL these conditions are met on Bar 1:
1. Trend Filter: Close price of Bar 1 must be BELOW the 200 EMA.
2. BB Touch: High or Close price of Bar 1 must touch or pierce above the Upper Bollinger Band (2.5).
3. RSI Filter: RSI (5) value of Bar 1 must be at or above 75.
4. Stochastic Cross: Stochastic Main line must cross below the Signal line inside the overbought zone (> 80).

2. ADVANCED ALERT SYSTEM
* Pre-Alert: A warning sound notification should trigger 3 to 5 seconds before the current candle closes if all strategy conditions are about to be met. This allows me to switch to the Quotex window.
* Standard Alert: Sound and Pop-up alert inside MT5 exactly at the 00-second opening of the new candle when the arrow appears.
* Mobile Push Notification: Send the signal alert to the MetaTrader mobile app.

3. ON-CHART STATISTICS DASHBOARD (GUI)
Please implement a clean and readable graphical text dashboard on the chart corner (adjustable position) showing the historical performance of the strategy based on past data:
* Total Signals Generated
* Total Wins & Total Losses (A win is counted if the signal candle closes in the arrow's direction).
* Win Rate Percentage (%)
* Max Consecutive Wins (Winning Streak)
* Max Consecutive Losses (Losing Streak)

4. INPUT PARAMETERS & SOURCE CODE
* All indicator periods, BB deviations, overbought/oversold levels, colors, dashboard font sizes, and "Max Bars to History" must be fully customizable from the Inputs Tab.
* I require the final compiled file (.ex5) along with the source code (.mq5).
