Using Stochastic (75,1,1) there will be a close of a position and open a new position every time a level in the indicator is touched and reversed or crossed then reversed after printed.
Reversal levels will be 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95 within the stochastic indicator.
Example: Cross then Reversal
Stochastic going upwards would be in a buy position passing levels 25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70
-75 not being crossed but levels comes back down passing the 70 position.
-Buy positing would automatically close out and sell position is executed.
Example: Touch then Reversal
Stochastic going upwards would be in a buy position passing levels 25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70
-75 level touched and reverses
-Buy positing would automatically close out and sell position is executed.
Every time a level is crossed in the same direction another position will open.
Example- If Stochastic reverses at level 15 going upwards passing 20, 25,30, 35 there would then be a position opened for each of those levels equaling 5 buy positions.
Once stochastic reverses in opposite directions for example passes 35 and crosses back under 35, All buy positions would then be closed out and would then execute a
sell position which would then continue on with multiple sell positions if 5 point levels are crossed.
