Make sure that arrow comes out after the time delay if pass the stochastic border after the delay..then arrow comes out and stays permanently.

System should check the graph ONLYYY after the ,3 second time delay..IF after the ,3 sec time delay then system will check if graph is pass the Border and IF Yes then ARROW COMES OUT.

SYSTEM SHOULD NOTTTTT CHECK ONCE.CANDLE CLOSE --FALSE AND PUT ARROW AFTER 3 SEC DELAY..NOOO..

THE SYSTEM SHOULD CHECK AFTERRRRR.... AFTERRR THE 3 SEC DELAY.-TRUE ---

.IFFF AFTER ,3 SECONDS AFTER CANDLE CLOSING AND GRAPH IS PASS BORDER THEN ARROW SHOULD COME OUT PERMANENTLY.

*** Correct also arrows that come out even if graph is not pass the Border..As if settings are stuck at 85/15. even if you already updated the settings.

Update also that arrows come out during Testing and not only on Live Trading.
