Create an EA based on confirmation of a indicator

I need to create an a EA based on a indicator confirmation . When the lines turn into green place buy and when its turn into red place sell. Close the trade when opposite signal appear.

Following features required 

Lot size:

Automatic Lot: ( Its based on equity )

Risk percentage :

Lot Multiplier : ( If last trade in loss then double the lot size until it reaches the profit )

Pip Step : (If there is a sell signal and the price go back upto 20 pips and sell signal still same place another sell )

Close on opposite signal :

Total profit basket :( Close all trades when all trades together reach the specific target)

Total Loss Basket : ( Close all trades when all trades together reach specific loss )
