What it does

AP ATR Trail Manager PRO manages your existing trades—from any EA or manual entries—using professional risk tools:

  • ATR Trailing Stop — adaptive SL based on ATR(Period) × Multiplier

  • Time-Tighten — automatically switch to a tighter ATR multiple after N minutes in the trade

  • Breakeven — move SL to BE (with optional offset) at a profit threshold

  • One Partial Close — take % off at a profit target; ticket-based close (netting + hedging safe)

  • Equity Guard (Daily) — optional: close all managed positions if a daily loss cap is hit (% or $)

  • Spread & Stops Safety — acts only under spread cap; respects broker stop-level distances

  • Symbol / Magic Filters — manage just this chart symbol, or a CSV watchlist; include/exclude magic IDs

  • Order-flow Throttles — one edit per bar + minimal seconds between edits (validator-friendly)

No entries. This EA won’t place trades; it only manages open positions.

Core Inputs (highlights)

  • ATR: timeframe, period, base multiplier, tighten to multiplier after N minutes

  • BE: trigger (points), offset (points)

  • Partial: trigger (points), close %

  • Guards: max spread (points), min SL step (points), one-edit-per-bar timeframe, min seconds between edits

  • Filters: manage chart symbol only (true/false), symbols CSV, magic filter mode (All / Only / Exclude), magic list CSV

  • Equity Guard (daily): % cap and/or money cap

Sensible defaults (used in screenshots)

  • ATR(M15, 14) × 2.0, tighten to 1.5 after 20 min

  • BE at +60 pts, offset 0

  • Partial 50% at +150 pts

  • Throttle: one edit per M5 bar, plus 10 s minimum between edits

  • Max spread: 120 pts (adjust per symbol)

How to use (quick start)

  1. Attach EA to a chart of a symbol you trade, or run multi-symbol via Symbols CSV.

  2. Set filters (symbol/magic) so you manage exactly what you intend.

  3. Adjust ATR / BE / Partial to suit your instrument.

  4. Optional: enable Daily Equity Guard.

  5. Let it run—EA will trail SL, move to BE, and partial once when criteria hit.

Notes & Tips

  • Works on netting and hedging accounts; modifies SL/TP by ticket and partial-closes by ticket.

  • “Points” are broker points (e.g., 10 points = 1 pip on 5-digit FX).

  • For XAU/indices/crypto, increase MaxSpreadPoints and review ATR settings.

  • To manage all symbols, set ManageOnlyThisSymbol = false and fill SymbolsCSV .

  • Keeps logs concise; increase LogLevel for detailed diagnostics.

A: Yes. Use Magic Filter (Only/Exclude) so it manages just the positions you choose.

A: Supported. The EA modifies SL/TP and performs partial closes by ticket, safe for both modes.

Q: Will it overload my broker?
A: No—there’s one-edit-per-bar and seconds throttle. It also checks spread and stop level before any change.

Q: Does it handle metals/indices/crypto?
A: Yes. Adjust ATR and MaxSpreadPoints per symbol characteristics.
