Hello, The time settings depends on your local time and server time.
When you want to set the starttradingtime at 7am for example. It is 7am of your local time of your pc. Now you have to know what is the time of your broker. For that you just have to look at the top left of your screen. Let's suppose that your broker's time is 2 hours ahead of your local time. So in starttragingtime to you have to put 5h instead of 7h.
If this is too complicated I will change the calculation method to depend only on the time of your broker.

HI, The issue is not timing - its the behaviour during the "no trade period". problem is that the ea cancel ALL orders in the terminal when in "not trade mode"... so when I'm running multiple EAs and they are creating orders these are canceled by the EA in "not trade mode".
E.g. if I'm runing two instances of the ice scalper - one for XAU and one for JPY - and the JPY is se for not trading after 7pm and XAU is allowed... when XAU is creating new order it is canceled by the JPY EA running... get it?

1. editable comment field (able to change comment text in settings).

3. "Friday close" - all orders close by end of day friday (typical a "challange requirement") (could be a setting)
for later:
4. Orders only open on trend direction (use a trend filter e.g "Aroon indicator") - (should be a setting possibility).

These are timeframes that allow Ice Scalper pro to know if the trade is likely to continue in the right direction or on the contrary if it is necessary to close the position so early because it may go in the opposite direction.
If you don't want to use this function, set the 2 periods to 4H or above.

Sorry forget 1 more thing. It opensell at .xx375, goes down for 1 hor for up to .xx250, then hit sl at .xx390 causing my trade to loss. I still don't know wether to usebit or not, can u explain them more?
It's the artificial intelligence that analyzes according to the timeframe to determine the closure or not. it's something that works with probability so if you don't want its help just put it on a timeframe as far away as possible.
If you want to use it please do your own backtest to know which timeframe is optimal for you

Hello I just use default settings by just modifiying 5. period to 5 Min. Backtests was done with FTMO and dukaskopy reals ticks.
I tried to set both closetimeframe and period to 8 hours, tp 20 sl 30 tp virtualtp 200, trail 10 trigger 100. But the order still keep closing at breakeven point, it didn't hit sl/tp. Is it because virtualtp can't be higher than tp or these 2 periods still keep messing with my order? Since it didn't closed at sl/tp i figured it was because virtualtp was higher than tp. If i set virtualtp to 0, can i disable this virtualtp? Or if not, can u update the program to do so, or maybe u have solution about this
Hi, there is no problem with the virtualtp, you can put it at the same distance as your tp or further away if you don't want to use it. Are you using a low spread broker with low slippage? Do you use other EA? Do you use different magic numbers? Send me a screenshot of your settings in private message.
