Hi,

I've just bought this but there are a couple of issues:

1, the Time and Date is off  it's currently 6/12/23 (Dec 6th) approx 12:30pm Broker Time, yet the Date & Time on the chart is 26th Dec at 5:42.

2, It's not moving, no ticks are coming through Tick chart price is 15842 while my Live M1 Chart is 16577 and has climbed 17 pips ???

Here's a screenshot of the Tick Monitor ... which is working it's conting the Ticks on the Tick Generator chart ... odd that there's 25 ticks when the Tick generator and Tick Monitor are set to 12 & 15.

It might be because of new MT5 build. Also will try to simulate same at my end and upload latest version asap.

It was for a while, but it has stopped as of yesterday. 

I've made no other changes to my system and it was working fine since the latest update ...

I tried deleting it and reinstalling both the Tick generator and the tick chart monitor, but I don't know can't find the cause.  All the boxes are checked/ticked, the Algo Trading  button is checked/"Live" but there's no movement on the candles on the "tick.M1" chart. All the other charts are behaving normally.

The other thing that is not working (it never has) is the "time/date information on the .tick.M1 chart.  This is MT5 from a prop firm but they haven't been closed down by Metaquotes.

The only thing that is not working is the Tick Chart Generator and/or monitor. For example the "MT5 Market Watch" screen is working (Tick information)

I noticed after waiting for about 10 mins occasionally a "Bid Price Line" appeared matching the Bid Price Line on the "Market Watch" Tick Chart.  The Tick Chart monitor only had advanced to a count of 1 even though the line had appeared a few times ... maybe once every 20 secs?  I adjusted/increased the scale on the DAX.tick.M1 chart and the Bid Price line stayed consistently so clearly "some" information is being sent by the Tick Chart Generator to it's generated "DAX.tick.M1" chart,  but no candles ... no anything ... and a recorded 2 ticks over what has been 20+ mins.

It clearly is not working ... it's been over a week since I reported this ... I'll wait another week before I write my review.   If you have any questions ... just ask.

As always ... no response from the author ....

It seems the original problem was fixed by an MQL5 update ... however the the authors ability to tell the time still fails.   you cannot use this "" to asses your trading +/-  ... Do I use it?  ... I get more info from the MQL5 Ctrl+M Tick chart.Don't waste your money.

The Tick Chart Generator is still not working despite a fresh installation (same version number 1.3), all settings checked, all necessary buttons on.  The Date is currently showing 16 June  7:27 when MT5 server time is 6 May 1635 (near the end of the big bear candle on the M5 chart) currently 6 May 2024  14:35 (London time).
