The popup is from the hoovering of the TP line. It was difficult to make a screenshot of it, but this was the value of the TP line.

1) the top arrow points to a pop-up window that the terminal draws, and which appears when you hover over the take profit line. This window displays the profit that the position (ONE position, NOT ALL positions) will have if the position closes at take profit, i.e. at a price of 112875.5.

2) the bottom arrow points to the total profit of all positions that they have at the current price, 112914.13.

And I have two questions:

1)What exactly is the error?

2) And how does this relate to the GridManual app?

1.1 even if its ONE position, the number is not correct, as you can see in the closed positions screenshot. Its much higher. Therefore, if the number G/V would show the total TP value, this would be much better than showing only the TP of ONE position.

In the screenshot you show the tab of open orders and positions. That is, these positions, which you indicate, are not closed yet, they are in the market.

I will explain again where your arrows point - this is all drawn by the terminal, this is the terminal interface, the GridManual has nothing to do with these calculations. In other words, if you remove the GridManual from the chart, you will see the same thing on the terminal.

I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terminal interface in more detail.

Its too complicated to explain it here. If you open a grid, you will see, that the GV value is not correct.
The terminal popup is indeed not from the EA. It was for showing the terminal values compared to the values of the EA.

След последната актуализация, EA се обновява само в Benchmark.
Версията на ByBit остава остаряла.

Може ли да активирате лиценза / достъпа за актуализация и за моя ByBit MT5 сървър?

Hello, The current GridManual version is 2.90.
If your terminal displays an earlier version in the Market tab, this means the Market page hasn't been updated, and you should wait for it to update (all Market tabs don't update in the background; they only update when you open that page).

Hello,

I tested again carefully.

I closed all terminals, logged in ONLY to my ByBit real MT5 account and installed Grid Manual from Market.

MT5 automatically opened my Benchmark account, where the EA installs as v2.90,
but in the ByBit terminal the EA remains v2.86.

This shows that the latest version is not activated for my ByBit MT5 server.

Please activate update access for my ByBit real account / server as well.

1) The Market service is in no way connected to your broker or your trading account. The Market service is connected only to the mql5.com website.
2) The Market service and the associated Activation and Update system operate automatically. This service was created and maintained by the terminal developers. I'm not a terminal developer; I'm a Market service salesperson, and I don't have access to this system, so I can't enable or disable anything there.
3) Market products are not updated automatically. To update a product, you need to go to the Market/My Products tab, find the desired product, and click "Update" next to it.
4) Before doing this, you must log in to the terminal using the account you used to purchase the product. This is necessary so the Market service knows who you are and which products to display in the "My Purchases" tab. 
5) If you clicked the update button and the product is not updated, then open the Terminal Journal tab, there you will see a record that will describe the reason why your purchased product is not installed or updated.
